Hámster · Etapas de vida

Rangos de edad aproximados para Hámster y las prioridades de cada etapa.

  1. 1

    Etapa juvenil

    Nacimiento – 3 meses

Hamsters grow fast in their first three months and settle into their new home. A quiet first week, a well set-up habitat and patient introductions are the foundations of this stage.

  2. 2

    Adulto

    3 meses – 18 meses

Between 3 and 18 months, hamsters are at their most active and exploratory. A rich habitat, respect for their night-time rhythm and regular weighing make this stage a happy one.

  3. 3

    Sénior

    18 meses o más

Hamsters can show signs of ageing from about 18 months of age. An easy-access layout, a warm and quiet nest, softer food options and close monitoring make this stage more comfortable.

Los rangos de edad son aproximados; las diferencias dentro de una especie (como el tamaño en los perros) pueden adelantar o retrasar las transiciones.
